Sculptural stainless steel fish-dish by Roberto Sambonet for Sambonet. "In the form of a bivalvular shell for cooking and serving fish whole. It can also be used as a covered dish for more elaborate recipes. To give you different cook speeds the two halves are designed to be opened in three different positions.
